Vaccination records
A vaccination certificate or pet health record confirming up-to-date vaccinations is mandatory. We cannot admit a cat without it.
Familiar flavours and scents
Your cat’s usual wet food, a favourite blanket and information about their routine. We will agree the details before arrival.
A safe arrival
Bring your cat in a closed carrier. Before arrival, tell us about their behaviour, needs and any ongoing treatment.
